Exchanges and Eligibility
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Custom Products
- Custom or made-to-order products (initials, special colors, specific measurements) are final sale.
- Exchanges will only be accepted if there was an error on the part of Daniela Valera Shop.
How to Request an Exchange

- Provide clear photos of the product
- Wait for approval
- Ship the product following the instructions
Exchanges will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the product.
Shipping and Liability
- If USPS returns a package due to an incorrect address, a full mailbox, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Daniela Valera Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping by the customer.
Size Adjustments
- Necklace resizing: $20
- Bracelet resizing: $15
Damaged Products or Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
