Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Daniela Valera Shop, each piece is carefully handmade.

Exchanges & Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the return and reshipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Custom Products

  • Personalized or made-to-order items (initials, special colors, custom measurements) are final sale.
  • Exchanges will only be accepted if the error was made by Daniela Valera Shop.

How to Request an Exchange

Shipping & Responsibility

  • If USPS returns a package due to an incorrect address, full mailbox, or unclaimed package, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
  • Daniela Valera Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping handled by the customer.

Size Adjustments

  • Necklace adjustment: $20
  • Bracelet adjustment: $15
